Graduate-Level Therapist
Darby Visco (she/her) is a graduate social work student at Columbia University, currently completing her Master’s in Social Work and receiving supervised clinical training. She is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space for individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and hopes to support those navigating mental health challenges such as, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.
She has prior clinical experience working with neurodivergent adolescents and young adults as they navigate personal, familial, and life challenges and transitions.
Darby’s clinical approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and patience, with an emphasis on meeting clients where they are and creating a collaborative, supportive therapeutic environment. She works to help clients better understand and reflect on their experiences, identify and work toward meaningful goals, build effective coping skills, and feel empowered to reach their full potential.
